So, you may wonder, why am I posting my meal plans on here? Well, it is so that I can hold my self accountable to plan ahead, otherwise we end up eating frozen pizza or chicken nuggets! The kids and I are picky eaters, so these meals are by no means "gourmet"!!

Monday: Turkey Tetrazinni
Tuesday: Pizza Grilled Cheese
Wednesday: Slow cooker chicken & vegetable pot pie
Thursday: Cheesey Chicken noodle casserole
Friday: stovetop easy turkey bake
Saturday-Sunday: my wonderful hubby is on his own (no, I don't make a meal plan for him!!)
