Flower Button Ring

This one is so easy and so fun! I made it for my 17 year old sister for her birthday, perfectly flashy for her taste :)

So easy to make! First, measure your finger. Cut a piece of elastic about 1/2" larger.
Thread the elastic through the button.
Overlap edges and hand stitch it closed.

Turn the elastic around so that the sewn part is next to the button and out of sight. Its ok if the elastic is a bit small after sewing it together, you want it snug!

Put the ring on and enjoy! A 10 minute project :)

  1. So cute, I may have to see what buttons I have to try this with,

  2. This ring is so elegantly understated--and I love how resourceful you were in creating it. I have a whole bucket of buttons I never look--perhaps there are some treasures in there:) Thanks for the idea!
